Project Summary

CWC delivered the pre-construction services for the rehabilitation of Old Bar Road (Segments 210, 220 & 230) in collaboration with MidCoast Council.

The Project involved the detailed design of 1.1km of road upgrade, including improving safety for road users, shoulder widening, improving stormwater drainage, watermain relocation and driveway connections.

Project challenges involved soft subgrades, incorporation of future developer works into the design and upgrading the existing service centre access.
